MRKT Manager — Terms of Service
During the beta, the Beta Agreement also applies and controls if there is any conflict.

By using MRKT Manager (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ and use the Service for a lawful business purpose. You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own dealership inventory and listings, subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post content you don't have the rights to (including vehicle photos), or anything false, misleading, or unlawful;
- use the Service to violate any third-party platform's terms — including Facebook's / Meta's Terms of Service and automation policies (you accept the account-ban risk described in the Beta Agreement);
- attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service;
- process personal information you have no lawful right to process.
4. Your data & content
You retain ownership of your inventory, content, and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Our intellectual property
The Service, software, and branding are ours. These Terms grant no rights to them except the license in Section 2.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (Facebook/Meta, Stripe, OpenAI, dealer websites). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their acts, outages, or terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Not affiliated with Meta / Facebook
MRKT Manager is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. "Facebook" and "Marketplace" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe interoperability.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will achieve any particular result (including Facebook listing performance or account standing).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or platform account standing. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and losses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or any third-party terms.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada, with exclusive jurisdiction in Alberta courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted at mrktmanager.app and/or notified in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
